1. Start Outlook in safe mode and disable add-ins

2. Create a new Outlook profile

4. Then from the Auto Account Setup page for the Add Account Wizard and under E-mail Account, type your Name, E-mail Address, and Password. Then choose Next.

5. Click Finish. Then you will find the new profile name which you have added on the General tab in the Mail dialog box.

6. From, “When starting Microsoft Outlook, use this profile,”, select that profile -> Click OK.

Use different profile

1. Open Outlook
2. From the drop down list of “Choose Profile” dialogue box, choose the new profile name which you have created.
3. Click OK.

3. Check for whether Outlook is running in compatibility mode

In Outlook, Compatibility mode has been specially configured in order to help program to run on an earlier operating system.
